• Statement-of-Purpose and Letter-of-Recommendation editing
• Pre-departure orientation and visa-document review

We are an advisory service. Final admissions and visa decisions are always made by the relevant university, college, or government body.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information on all forms
• Supply genuine documents (transcripts, test scores, identity proofs) required for applications
• Inform us promptly of any change in your academic or personal status
• Use the platform lawfully and not to impersonate any other person

4. Fees and Payment

Most advisory services are provided free of charge. Where paid services (premium application support, document editing, mock interviews) are offered, the fee schedule will be communicated in writing before any payment is collected. Fees, once paid for completed services, are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we work diligently to maximize your chances of admission, we do not guarantee admission to any particular university, college, or program, nor do we guarantee the grant of any visa. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including institutional selection criteria, immigration rules, and the applicant's own qualifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of A-WAY Consultancy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
